I have bought a fair few terrain pieces from Temu over the years, especially when they go on offer for just a couple of quid.
Here is a quick run down of the latest ones. For scale I have used a 40k Terminator, 40k Votann, Bolt Action model and some Airfix models. You will see why!
These craters will probably work quite well for a wide range of wargaming sizes. I think they would suit Bolt Action or Flames of War equally well and are good just to add a bit of spice to the flat board.
The scale on this was ambiguous on the actual Temu site. Looking at it now it fits Airfix just fine but would be a joke to include in a Bolt Action layout.
Another one where it was not really stated what the scale was. Will probably just about suit a good range of wargames but don't expect to be standing many models in the middle of it.
This is the one that frustrated me the most as it was clearly advertised as being "28 mm" scale. I got my money back on this one... it is perfect for those tiny Airfix models but useless for anything 20mm or above!
This one is also a little bit frustrating because the implication was it was for D&D. Fair enough, some smaller scale 28 mm models may fit but generally it has to be a smallish base size there for the model to go in and it is a little underscaled for me for 40k use.
This is a fallen titan weapon so the scale could easily blend into the battlefield here and would make good scatter terrain.
This one was not marketed as 28mm but it was implied. Again you can see it is perfect for the Airfix models but useless for Bolt Action or Warhammer.
These were generic generator type pieces, I think they make good scatter terrain for a wide range of wargaming scales.
This was pushed as 28mm but I think it is just a little too small for that. It probably would look ok for Warhammer or Bolt Action but there is no way that Termie is getting in that door without bashing it apart!
